The Challenge

Our Approach
The ParleTech IT team deployed a step-by-step implementation plan leveraging Microsoft 365’s native security and compliance capabilities:
1. Boosting Microsoft Secure Score
Security improvements began by enabling baseline protections:
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) was activated for all users
Role-Based Access Control was enforced by limiting admin rights
Conditional Access Policies were applied to detect risky sign-ins
Defender for Office 365 was configured to protect against phishing and malware
2. Deploying Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
To prevent accidental data exposure:

3. Introducing Sensitivity Labels
